Terms and Conditions

1.Booking & Payment

Full payment or deposit (as outlined in your quote, invoice, or payment link) is required to secure your booking.

All payments are strictly non-refundable. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

2.Services

Arrow Media Collective provides photography, videography, branding, content creation, and social media services.

All services are tailored to each client. Specific deliverables, timelines, and inclusions will be outlined prior to commencement via your quote, invoice, or agreed scope.

3.Rescheduling

One (1) reschedule is permitted per booking with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Additional changes may result in forfeiture of the booking and any payments made.

4.Cancellations & No-Shows

All bookings are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled service or cancellation within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking without reschedule.

5.Weather

If weather or external conditions prevent a shoot from proceeding, one reschedule will be offered at no additional cost.

6.Delivery

Content will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking or post-shoot.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness, selections, and feedback.

7.Usage & Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Arrow Media Collective until full payment is received.

Upon payment, clients are granted non-exclusive usage rights for business and personal use.

Content must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the original work. If altered, Arrow Media Collective must not be tagged or credited.

8.Creative Direction

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and trust the creative direction and professional judgment of Arrow Media Collective.

9.Liability

Arrow Media Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from services provided or the use of delivered content.

10.Confidentiality

All client information and brand details will be kept confidential.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

12.Agreement

By proceeding with any booking, service, or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
